		<description>rock on man.  I will be interesting to see how your energy holds up during prolonged exercise.  Also it will be interesting to see if your high energy could be accounted for by all sugar in the fruit.  I think though that the ease of digestion and not just sugar, but high nutrient count in the foods, like you said, play a major role.</description>
