Raw Foods Diet: Day 16
Pretty good day. Not the best, not the worst. Not necessarily up nor down. I wouldn’t say I had a ton of energy, though. Also my sleeping tends to be getting a bit out of hand, as I am sleeping longer. I don’t think I need 8.5 to 9 hours of sleep. Does this mean I have to start using the alarm clock? I think I will at least for a little while.
Mind
I didn’t remember any dreams, but I keep sleeping later and later. My bed time hasn’t changed that much, but my body is craving more and more sleep and I am starting to feel groggier in the mornings.
Body
Food Eaten
I am seriously running out of food again! I really need to stock up. I think I will order PeaPod tomorrow. No bananas makes Chris a sad, and very hungry, boy.
Meal 1
2 oranges
Meal 2
A Smoothie consisting of: 2 frozen bananas, 1 handful of lettuce, 1 orange, and 20 blueberries.
Meal 3
Meal 4
Some of the sprouted sunflower seeds and sprouted pumpkin seeds. These made me feel nauseous.
Meal 5
A Smoothie consisting of: 3 frozen bananas and 2 handfuls of baby spinach. I think my blender may be in bad shape, as it is taking forever to grind things up. I might need a new one! Too bad I can’t afford the Vitamix. With a $900 price tag though…
Overall
Today I had some major food cravings. Not fun, not fun at all. I was looking forward to the end of the trial so I could eat a pizza. A pizza! With pepperoni. Oh man, no good. Last week I was looking at pictures on Flickr entitled, “Pork for 30 days” and this week it’s a Lou Malnati’s pizza. It must be the hunger talking.

Hello Mr. Regnery, or mad dog as it were.
I have been told by your elder son that your online name is Mad Dog, if I am mistaken and have been misled, forgive me.
