Plethora of Fruit - Raw Foods Diet: Day 20

Raw Foods Diet: Day 20
Two thirds of the way done. At this point, I am just really trying to see if I can actually gain any weight. This diet does not make it easy to gain weight, as you already have to eat so much food. Oddly enough, I still am not really sick of the taste of the fruits. Yesterday, I was a bit rash, and while I could see this diet working for a lot of people, I don’t know if I can psychologically deal with it at this point. Regardless, I carry on, in a quest to make it the full 30 days.

Mind
If there is one thing that has dramatically changed, it has been the number of dreams I am remembering. I am not certain if this is caused by the fact that I am sleeping longer, or that I am waking up periodically, but I have been remembering a very large amount of the dreams I have been having.

The bananas have pretty much finished ripening. This gave me a big relief. It is amazing what bananas can do for a fresh perspective!

    Meal 1
20 blueberries, and a smoothie consisting of: 1 orange, 1 thick pineapple slice, 20 blueberries, 4 strawberries, and 2 bananas

    Meal 2
A smoothie consisting of: 2 handfuls of baby spinach, and 2 bananas

    Meal 3
    1 apple and 1 banana

    Meal 4
    1 apple and 1 banana

    Meal 5
2 handfuls of blueberries, and a smoothie consisting of: 1 thick pineapple slice, 1 orange, 36 blueberries, 4 strawberries, and 2 bananas.

    Overall
Yesterday I did a lot of walking around the beautiful city of Chicago. I got a lot of errands done, and I especially enjoyed my trip to Borders, where I read for a few hours on one of their couches. Accompanying me on my walk, was two bananas, and two apples, that I ate with much joy. In another time, I could easily see myself living out this kind of diet for quite some time. The preparation is quite easy, at least the way I go about it, and maybe I should have done it earlier in my life, when I wasn’t looking at gaining back all the weight I had lost. I should probably just throw out my scale…

i would venture to say that you will have less fat, but will not lose any muscle in the process, also, if you can build muscle on this diet, or if you can increase strength in the absence of gaining muscle mass should be a big thing to look at.
